What is the Grand Entrance Wedding Experience?
Grand Entrance is a complete wedding experience built around the moment two people become one before God. It preserves what makes a wedding a wedding: the anticipation, bridal entrance, people you love, sacred promises, vows, rings, blessing, first kiss, celebration, photographs, and wedding film.
You do not need less of a wedding. You need less standing between you and the wedding.
How much does the Grand Entrance Wedding Experience cost, and what is included?
The Grand Entrance Wedding Experience is $1,500. It includes two private hours, a private bridal suite, your hidden entrance and walk down the aisle, coordinated music, an optional wedding party, a fully guided wedding ceremony, professional photography, a complete portrait collection, and a cinematic multi-camera wedding video. You may celebrate with up to 30 guests.
There are no separate venue, officiant, photographer, or videographer arrangements for you to find or coordinate.
Do we need a Florida marriage license before we book?
No. You may reserve your wedding date before obtaining your marriage license.
Chaplain Scott is a State of Florida-approved marriage counselor. When you book, you will receive a free, easy premarital counseling course as an eBook delivered directly to your email. Completing it saves you $25 on your Florida marriage license, waives the three-day waiting period, and prepares you to answer the premarital-course question on your marriage-license application.
After completing the course, obtain your valid Florida marriage license and bring it to the chapel. Chaplain Scott will guide you through signing it and complete the officiant’s portion.

How many family members and guests may attend?
Grand Entrance includes up to 30 guests, so you can share the moment with the family and friends who matter most to you. Your wedding party is welcome and counts toward the total guest count.
This is not merely a ceremony for two. It is the moment two people become one and two families become one.
Can someone walk me down the aisle?
Absolutely. Your entrance is one of the defining moments of the Grand Entrance experience.
You may be escorted by a parent, family member, friend, or someone special. Chaplain Scott coordinates the bridal suite, music, timing, wedding party, walk down the aisle, and giving of the bride so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to do.
What kind of wedding ceremony will we have?
Every Grand Entrance wedding is a sacred ceremony before God. You will stand face to face, open your hearts to one another, make sacred promises, exchange vows and rings, receive a blessing, and become one in marriage.
When you walk through the door, Chaplain Scott’s concern is you, the person you love, and the marriage you are beginning. He will care for you, guide you, and bless your marriage before God.
What if we don’t know what to do?
You don’t need to. From the moment you arrive, Chaplain Scott guides every step. He conducts your rehearsal, coordinates your entrance, leads you through the vows and rings, tells you what to say and where to stand, pronounces you married, blesses your marriage, and introduces you for the first time as a married couple.
You never have to wonder what comes next.
Are professional photography and video included?
Yes. Professional photography and a cinematic multi-camera wedding video are included in the Grand Entrance Wedding Experience.
After the ceremony, Chaplain Scott continues guiding you through the photography experience. He gives you simple directions for every pose, embrace, smile, and kiss, then organizes photographs with your family and friends. You do not need to know how to pose or organize anyone. He leads you through it so you can remain present, enjoy the experience, and leave with the photographs and film that preserve the moment you became one.
